Mr Danièle CHANAL

Danièle CHANAL was sworn in in 1995. She joined the firm in 1996 as an associate, becoming a partner in 2000.
After several years of practice in labour litigation, she has dedicated herself exclusively to the social accompaniment of company restructurings and, more generally, to advice on labour relations and collective bargaining for over 15 years. She also deals with litigation, both judicial and administrative, specific to these matters. In this context, she assists medium and large national and international companies in all sectors of activity, both in French and English.
Danièle CHANAL holds a master's degree in modern literature and a doctorate in private law. She is also a specialist in labour law and social security and social protection law.

Since March 2015, she has been Vice-President of AVOSIAL, a union of employment lawyers, which brings together over 400 specialist lawyers throughout France.

She participates in conferences and regularly publishes in the press for human resources professionals (Semaine Juridique sociale, Actuel-rh, Semaine Sociale Lamy, Entreprises et Carrières).

She joined the Paris Bar in 2016 and is in charge of the firm's Paris office.
