Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2013, Blandine THELLIER de PONCHEVILLE specialises in criminal law, particularly with regard to corporate, employment and transport matters.
 
With a PhD in criminal law and sciences from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, Blandine THELLIER de PONCHEVILLE is also a lecturer for the University's Law Faculty, as well as representing the President of the Bar in relation to research. Her technical expertise in matters relating to criminal procedure and European Union law ensures an innovative and effective defence.
 
Blandine THELLIER de PONCHEVILLE joined AGUERA AVOCATS in 2009, becoming an associate in 2013 and partner in 2023. Founded by Joseph AGUERA and headed by Caroline BLANVILLAIN, she has played a major role in developing the firm'sCriminal team, which specialises in defending companies and their directors/employees in criminal proceedings, including during the investigation phase.
 
Blandine THELLIER de PONCHEVILLE also draws on her legal experience to advise companies on how to comply with their risk prevention obligations and assist them in their dealings with public authorities.
 
Driven by the desire to defend the interests of the firm's clients, she has made listening, availability and efficiency her top priorities.
