Christian Brochard was sworn in in 1994, after obtaining his training in labour law (individual and collective relations) and a post-graduate degree (DEA) in criminal law and criminal sciences.

He joined AGUERA AVOCATS in the same year, never to leave. He became a partner in 1999.

His highly sought-after professional practice focuses on individual and collective labour relations as well as litigation pertaining to occupational health and safety.

Additionally, he has successfully cultivated a significant pre-litigation practice, working collaboratively with his team of associates.

Christian Brochard is also a former lecturer at the University of Lyon III.
