Mr Edith COLLOMB-LEFEVRE

Lawyer since 2003, Edith COLLOMB-LEFEVRE started in LYON with AGUERA AVOCATS, before joining the NOMOS business law firm in PARIS.

Back in LYON and partner in 2011 at AGUERA AVOCATS, she advises companies both in the context of individual and collective relations (relations with the CSE, trade unions, restructuring) and assists them more particularly in administrative litigation for which she has developed an expertise (protected employees, administrative fines).

Thanks to her experience in social security matters, she also advises and defends companies against the URSSAF in the context of adjustments following tax audits or cases involving concealed work.

Edith COLLOMB-LEFEVRE is a member of AVOSIAL, a union of employment lawyers, and gives training both internally to the firm's clients and to third party organisations.
