Frédérique CECCALDI was sworn in in 2003. She holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Economic Law from the University of BURGUNDY. She joined AGUERA AVOCATS in October 2003, becoming a Partner in 2011.

Frédérique CECCALDI heads the firm's commercial law team. She specialises in representing companies in commercial law disputes involving their professional and private clients, suppliers, distributors, and service providers. Her areas of expertise include cases related to restrictive competition practices, unfair competition, and  contract law. Frédérique is actively building her litigation practice in these areas and appears before courts across France. In addition, she provides assistance to companies during expert appraisals conducted in the context of industrial disputes and technical litigation.

Her expertise is highly regarded in disputes between business partners and corporate officers.

Frédérique CECCALDI also offers advisory services to companies in drafting their contracts and commercial documents.
