Jean-Baptiste Tran MINH was sworn in in 1995. A graduate of the CRFPA in Lyon, he has been practising since 1996. He has developed a strong practice in consulting, litigation and as a trainer at the LYON Bar, then at the PARIS Bar in several law firms. He joined AGUERA AVOCATS in 2005 in Lyon and has been a Partner since 2008. He assists and advises French and foreign companies on all matters relating to labour law and social security. He has developed a strong expertise in individual and collective litigation in the fields of restructuring, secondment, collective status, occupational health, etc. He also assists his clients in their negotiations in order to reach an amicable settlement of their disputes. He is a member of AVOSIAL.
