Laure MAZON joined AGUERA Avocats in 2008.

Before joining the firm, Laure MAZON was a partner at CHASSANY, WATRELOT et associés. Laure MAZON advises French and international companies on issues relating to reorganisations, such as employment protection plans, collective bargaining agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation between companies and trade unions or staff representative bodies.

Her expertise in social audits, supplementary social protection and employee savings is also highly sought after.

She is responsible for the firm's training body and regularly runs training sessions for companies on current topics in employment law or on specific topics such as preparing a job protection plan or ensuring the compliance of one's health and welfare scheme.

She currently teaches trade union law at the Lyon labour institute (DRESE) and at the Institute of Business Law and Economics at Lyon 3 (specialised postgraduate programme-DJCE).

EDUCATION

  • Master's degree in Judicial Careers Law in 1998
  • Swearing-in in 1999
  • Certificate of specialisation in labour law, social security law and social protection law in 2008
