Olivia MONTMETERME was sworn in in 2011 and started her career with AGUERA AVOCATS as an associate; she became a partner in 2022.

Based on her experience in labour litigation, she also leverages her expertise in employment law to assist companies of all sizes prior to any legal proceedings. In this context, she prioritises accessibility and open communication with her clients, ensuring they receive practical advice, assist them in assessing potential risks, facilitate negotiations for settlement agreements, and provide representation before industrial tribunals across France.
