Les honoraires peuvent être établis selon 3 modalités :
  • L'honoraire au temps passé
  • L'honoraire au forfait
  • L'honoraire au résultat

Trainings

Xavier BLUNAT was admitted to the Bar in 2002 after completing a Business Law degree in Grenoble.

His first 10 years were spent honing his legal expertise by working with leading employment law firms in Lyon. The subsequent 10 years saw Xavier BLUNAT establish his own law practice, during which time he built strong relationships with his clients, convinced that the best way to defend them in employment law proceedings is to know them inside out.

Deeply committed to the legal community in LYON, he was a member of the Bar Council for 6 years and has co-chaired the Employment Law Commission since 2022.

His desire for new professional challenges, combined with a commitment to increasing the expertise he can offer his clients, led him to take up a position with AGUERA AVOCATS, which he joined as a partner in 2023.

Being persuasive and defending the interests of my clients are what led me to become a lawyer and these values have continued to inspire me daily over the past 20 years in handling the cases entrusted to me by my clients.
